Suppliers

Marshall Aerospace purchases a wide range of products and services every year to support its production processes and continued growth in national and international markets.

We recognise our supply chain as an integral part of our business and treat it as such, creating value through long-term partnerships with our suppliers. We need trusted and collaborative suppliers to support us in delivering the exacting standards expected by our customers.

Our supply chain reaches across the UK and around the world, drawing on specialist capabilities to support our operations and customer programmes. In the UK alone, more than 1,900 companies form part of our supply chain, spanning areas from advanced manufacturing and precision engineering to aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul. Many are SMEs whose expertise supports critical capabilities for the UK Armed Forces and our allies, helping to sustain sovereign skills, support high-value manufacturing jobs and strengthen the resilience of the defence supply chain.

We procure a wide range of goods and services and need high-performing suppliers of all types across all elements of our supply chain.

Successful business outcomes and responsible behaviour in society are important to us and should be for our suppliers, at Marshall we adhere to, and expect our suppliers to observe, the values of fairness, transparency, accountability and sustainability.

Most of all, we need suppliers for whom continuous improvement is a way of life, and innovation is second nature. We want to work with our supplier partners to bring best practice to life and to embed this approach in our daily interactions.
