Manufacturing Support supplies an internal manufacturing and special processes service that covers the requirements of aircraft maintenance and modifications as well as manufacturing for land projects.
This unique in-house capability enables us to manufacture parts quickly and easily when unavailable from the OEM as well as undertake urgent aircraft repair parts or support rapid prototype and manufacture of new products.
We have an extensive range of in-house capabilities, covering emergent requirements, aircraft modification and land systems programmes.
The emphasis is on flexibility, with a wide variety of expertise all under one roof.

Our engineers carry out various activities including planning, Catia programming for machining the part, concurrent activities, bid support and engineering liaison. We ensure the agility of our team by following a multi-skilled approach, and training and rotating our workforce to be adept in all areas, including fabrication, assembly, milling, turning and grinding etc.
Further quality assurance of everything we produce is maintained through a group of dedicated and exacting inspection technicians.
Special Processes work is an essential part of our Manufacturing Support’s capabilities. Our facility is NADCAP accredited and holds prime contractor approvals from Boeing and Lockheed Martin for Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Processing and Heat Treatment of materials.
