Marshall offers the full spectrum of Managed Support Services to optimise availability and reduce through-life support costs. We can provide in-depth systems engineering support, comprehensive through life capability management and agile operational support.
This support includes a full range of post design services, configuration control, safety cases, asset and whole fleet management, spares, obsolescence, repairs and maintenance, training and mid-life upgrades with a suite of service level options including contracting for availability. We can provide services for Marshall manufactured products or OEM equipment.

Our entry level offering which provides customers with a reactive approach to in-service support following delivery of the production contract.
Based on the Protect support service but is enhanced by a standing level of core service where Marshall has responsibility to deliver specified agreed functions. The service could be expanded to provide in-country services at point of use, such as provision of contractor Field Support Engineers (FSE) tasked to conduct technical investigations or maintenance on behalf of the user.
Our gold standard package which transfers virtually every element of in-life support to Marshall with us assuming all the risk.
