This new combined company will be created on 1st January 2013 and will see the formation of Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group as an exciting new force in the aerospace and defence sector; providing customers with the services they require be they in the air, on the ground or at sea.

Steve Fitz-Gerald, CEO of Marshall Aerospace, will lead Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group. He comments: “We’re embarking on a very profound company structural change to combine the skills, capabilities and experiences of two great companies.”

Both Marshall Aerospace and Marshall Land Systems have proud records of exceptional customer service which is linked to outstanding quality and performance within defence and civil markets. Increasingly, the two companies have been working together, and combining them into Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group will result in a much larger footprint in national and international markets.

Steve Fitz-Gerald concludes: “Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group will, from a business capabilities perspective, be greater than the sum of the parts, and we have a very strong platform from which to springboard into 2013.”
