An eye on the future

Three Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group (MADG) Apprentices recently passed one of the most prestigious courses in the aerospace industry with flying colours.

Isaac Stairs, Daniel King and William Morgan are all third year Apprentices and were given a fantastic opportunity to study the Lockheed Martin L382 B1 Aircraft Type Course. This will not only lead to the three of them being able to certify aircraft, but it will also help with the company’s Military Aerospace business unit to consolidate its position as the global market leader in C-130 support outside the US.

Following six weeks of study Isaac, Daniel and William all sat examinations to ensure they had the capabilities needed to carry the responsibility of checking aircraft with the required depth of knowledge.

It is testament to their efforts and the support of the team at Marshall Centre, that they received such outstanding results.

MADG’s ambitions for growth are underpinned by their expertise on the C-130 platform and the desire to develop young talent and invest in the future.

Well done to Isaac, Daniel and William for an outstanding achievement.
